Every IRS Problem Has a Solution

Our specialists have the knowledge and experience to handle the full spectrum of IRS collection and compliance issues.

Offer in Compromise (OIC)

Settle your IRS tax debt for less than the full amount owed. We analyze your eligibility, prepare a compelling offer, and negotiate directly with the IRS on your behalf.

IRS Audit Representation

You never have to face an IRS auditor alone. We represent you completely — preparing responses, gathering documentation, and attending all proceedings.

Penalty Abatement

The IRS can remove or reduce penalties if you qualify for first-time abatement or have reasonable cause. We identify every opportunity and file the request for you.

Installment Agreement Setup

Can't pay in full? We negotiate an affordable monthly payment plan directly with the IRS — often while stopping collections and protecting your assets.

Lien, Levy & Garnishment Release

We work urgently to release wage garnishments, bank levies, and federal tax liens so you can regain control of your finances and paycheck.

Unfiled Return Resolution

Haven't filed for multiple years? We prepare and file all delinquent returns accurately, often significantly reducing what the IRS claims you owe.

Currently Not Collectible (CNC)

If you can demonstrate financial hardship, we can get your account placed in CNC status — temporarily suspending IRS collection activity.

IRS Notice Response

Received an IRS letter and don't know what to do? We review any IRS notice, craft a professional response, and handle all communication going forward.

Real Outcomes for Real People

Our clients come to us overwhelmed and leave with their financial lives back on track.

Penalties Reduced or Eliminated

We pursue every available abatement option to minimize what you owe.

Tax Debt Settled for Less

Qualified clients settle federal tax debt for a fraction of the original balance through OIC.

Collections Stopped

We halt garnishments, levies, and seizures while we work your resolution.

IRS Representation

You never speak to the IRS directly — we handle every call, letter, and meeting.

Tax Resolution Questions Answered

How long does tax resolution take?

It depends on the type of resolution. An installment agreement can often be set up within 2–4 weeks. An Offer in Compromise typically takes 6–12 months for the IRS to process. We work as quickly as possible and keep you updated throughout.

Can the IRS really settle my debt for less than I owe?

Yes — through an Offer in Compromise (OIC). The IRS accepts OICs when there's doubt about liability or the ability to collect the full amount. Not everyone qualifies, which is why we perform a thorough eligibility analysis before pursuing this option.

What if I can't afford to pay anything right now?

The IRS has a "Currently Not Collectible" (CNC) status for taxpayers experiencing financial hardship. If you qualify, the IRS temporarily suspends collection activities. This doesn't eliminate the debt, but it stops the immediate pressure while your situation improves.

My wages are already being garnished. Can you stop it?

Yes — this is urgent and we treat it as such. In many cases we can file to stop an active wage garnishment within days by establishing representation and initiating a resolution process. Call us immediately at 813-999-2479.

Do I need to have all my tax returns filed before resolving my debt?

Yes — the IRS requires full compliance (all returns filed) before accepting most resolution requests. If you have unfiled returns, we handle those first as part of the resolution process. It's often one of the most important steps.
